How much does it cost?

How long does it take?
It depends on how complete your details are and how many revisions you need. We will share an estimated timeline when you order.
What does the invitation link look like?
Each event has its own page, e.g. invitebatik.com/your-names. Each guest can receive a personal link with their name.
Can the invitation be bilingual?
Yes. Guests tap the ID/EN button to switch the invitation labels. Text you provide, such as names, family details, and addresses, appears as you write it, so you can write it in both languages if you wish.
How do guests RSVP?
Guests fill in the RSVP form on the invitation, and responses appear in your dashboard right away.
Is guest data safe?
The dashboard and check-in are protected by a 6-digit PIN per event, and each event's data is stored separately.
Can I upload my own photos?
For now, you send photos to our team and we add them to your invitation.
Is there background music?
Yes. Pick one of our built-in instrumental tracks (Balinese gamelan, Chopin or Satie; royalty-free), or send us your own song (mp3/m4a) and we will add it. For your own song, you must own the rights or have permission to use it. Music can also be turned off.
Can you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes, we communicate via WhatsApp and the invitation is delivered as a web link.
